Rx Data Systems, Inc. represents, produces and sells only the highest quality products and services. 

Printing Products

Custom Printed products are fully guaranteed to meet our descriptions and your specifications or they will be redone on a rush basis at no additional charge. If we make a mistake we will fix it at no cost. We have a lot of experience and often spot small mistakes in data from customers before we start the work. If what you give us is wrong we can not redo everything for free (we are printers not mind readers) but we will try to assist where possible. Our goal is to make you a happy, repeat customer.

ADA and Government approved forms are made with paper, ink and negatives approved by the appropriate government agency or organization. They have been tested with major software applications for generating and scanning data. If these forms are defective (misprinted, ink smeared, stuck together, etc) we will replace them. (This has not happened for years). We sell over 10,000,000 forms a year and rarely find defects. 

Technology Products

Everything we sell has the original manufacturers warranty and we are happy to assist with service and repair under that warranty.

Most technology items are also accepted for return, replacement, exchange or upgrade under our own warranties. Certain items can not be returned or exchanged unless defective and they will be replaced with identical products after confirmation of the defect. These include items like Laptop Computers, PDAs, Camcorders, Digital Cameras, etc. This policy is necessary to maintain our low prices for all customers. If you buy something from us and it is defective we are happy to assist you.

Software can only be exchanged for the same item.

Returning Products

If you have any questions or problems with anything you order from us, you must contact us first for approval to return or exchange the merchandise. We want to make you a happy and satisfied customer but we can not do that if we do not know what is wrong. Failing to contact us first obviously voids any claims you have for a replacement or refund. 

Generally any claims you have need to be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. But we are willing to consider short extensions to this for special situations.  

In every case we reserve the right to replace defective merchandise first. If we are unable to do that we may offer to substitute products of equal of higher cost. If we are unable to provide what you need in a timely fashion we may offer a refund.

No merchandise may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Packages arriving without this will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

Merchandise that is not deemed defective must be return shipped prepaid and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If the merchandise is not in the original sealed container or is missing any items from the package it will be accepted as a refurbishment item. The fee for this ranges from 25% to 100%. 

We never sell returned merchandise that has been opened as new merchandise. It is always returned to the manufacturer for recycling or offered for sale as is at a special price.
