It's second nature for us, and probably you as well and why you are reading this page. Since much of our work deals with confidential and proprietary information and business trade secrets we are very serious about privacy. We commend you for your interest in this issue and are always willing to listen to your feedback. Privacy Statement We consider Internet privacy a very important issue. At Rx Data Systems, Inc. we respect our customers privacy and hold detailed customer information in strict confidence. We want all of our customers to feel perfectly at ease when providing information or conducting business with us over the Internet. Anytime we ask for information the specific purpose should be obvious. It will usually be because you have requested something from us that requires the information to provide you with the answers you need. If you are ever in doubt about what we are requesting or why we need some information just ask. We never mind explaining exactly what we are doing. Rx Data Systems, Inc. will NOT sell, rent, or release our customers' information to any other company to use in selling their products or services. All customer data collected is for Rx Data Systems, Inc. internal use only. Electronic information is kept on secure servers, backed up with a secure back up system, and any hard copy information stored is kept locked with controlled access. We protect your data just like it was our own. We do inform selected customers about special promotions and products they have inquired about on an occasional basis via E-mail or similar electronic channels. These communications are sent from our own systems and your name and contact information is never given to any type of remailer. We do NOT do bulk Emailing to our customer database. You will never get Email from us about products you have no interest in or use for. We get enough junk Email ourselves to respect our customers privacy in this area. Any customer who does not want to be contacted by us via Email can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us via E-mail at "unsubscribe" at rxds.com. To date we have never had such a request.
