SHIPPING

Unless indicated Prices do not include shipping. We normally ship by UPS Ground. Ground shipping is cheap, usually less than $10 per package. Since we have so many warehouse locations Ground shipping is usually the best way. Most orders for standard items received by noon your local time ship the same day and are delivered in 1 or 2 days.

We can ship overnight Air or even same day if needed BUT  this is far more costly. Some of our warehouse locations do have local pickup available. 

Medical Forms 
We ship Medical Claim Forms (HCFA-1500 CMS-1500 UB-04 CMS-1450 ADA etc.) from 16 warehouses around the U S and will calculate the lowest shipping costs when you place your order. Shipping averages $9 - 13 / box for Forms and $8 - 12 / box for Claim Envelopes. Shipping is based on the weight and where you are in relation to our warehouses. Most of the US is 1-2 days by ground via UPS from one of our 16 shipping locations. Your total cost is lower with us because our forms are less and our shipping is less. Figuring the lowest shipping takes us more time but we save you dollars per box by only charging you for our actual discounted cost of shipping.

ALASKA & HAWAII
We do ship to both of these wonderful states. But as those who live there know, one of the prices of living in paradise is much higher shipping costs. Obviously nothing goes by ground to Hawaii and small orders for a few boxes of forms do not go by ground to Alaska either. Everything goes by Air and this is more costly. BUT we have worked out some very reasonable and practical ways of shipping to hundreds of happy customers in these states who order and reorder from us.  

US Territories
We also ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and elsewhere similarly to Alaska & Hawaii above. 

Printing Products
We manufacture and print business cards, letterhead, envelopes, computer and manual checks, labels, stock and custom forms etc. at more than 24 locations around the US. Where your custom products are printed and shipped from is based on the best location to do the specific items you need.  Custom printing usually takes 3-5 days but we offer 1 day service for many items including standard business cards and letterhead (including reorders) if requested when you call in your order.  

Technology Products
We ship Technology products (Computer Hardware and Software, Security System Equipment, etc.) from 10 warehouses around the US and will calculate the lowest shipping costs when you place your order. Shipping is based on the weight and where you are in relation to our warehouses. Most of the US is 1-2 days by ground via UPS or FedEx from one of our shipping locations.
