10) REAL PEOPLE - We answer 99% of all calls during normal business hours. Fewer than 1 in 100 go to voice mail and those calls are returned quickly.

Saturday -  10AM Eastern to 1PM Eastern on selected Saturdays (Usually the first & last of the month.)
Note: As regular customers know, we are often in the office earlier and later.

We check our voice mail and Email during other hours and respond promptly

8) WE DO WHAT WE SAY - We provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible price with fast economical shipping. . We stand behind everything we sell and say. That is why more than 98% of our customers reorder from us a regular basis. (We want 100% but a few customers retire every year.)

7) INVOICING - You can have a detailed invoice showing exactly what was purchased and how it was paid faxed, mailed or Emailed to you. Just ask for that when ordering. Other than that we do not send you faxes, mail or Emails promoting things. Most customers tell us they get too much paperwork already. Of course if you pay by credit card your charges will appear on your card statement with our name "Rx Data Systems" and a description of Business Products (for the IRS) and hopefully our phone number if the card company has enough room left. We always tell you exactly what the total is when you order. We don't like surprises when we we open our bills and we know our customers don't either.   

6) EMAIL CONFIRMATION & TRACKING - If we have your Email address we will send tracking information when your order ships if you request it. If you Fax us your order we send Email confirmation when it is processed. If requested we can send this information via Fax.

5) ORDER BY FAX, PHONE OR EMAIL - We are always happy to take your calls, but you can save time by Faxing orders to us. Existing customers can also reorder by Fax, Email or Voice Mail (after hours). .
